For the first anniversary of “Food for Overthought”, we are proud to introduce PanthaDogg to the Yellowbelly Records family by bringing this sensational album to CD for the first time! Here’s what Owen ‘PanthaDogg’ Jones has to say about the album:
“I'm really excited to finally announce the release of my second album.
Let me just say first of all that I'm incredibly proud of this album. In a way it sort of feels like redemption after my disappointment in 'Everybody Wins'. I produced my own beats and practiced for hours on end. I took in everything I listen to and put it into my own music. I wanted to experiment with different sounds, genres and artists and try different styles and themes, whilst still maintaining a clear-cut concept. I also drew some inspiration from some of my favourite Disney films and animes, which I've recently fallen in love with.
Everything I set out to do for this project, I've accomplished and I want to thank Martyn, Sarah, Frank, Javan and Alex for helping me to do so. Emotionally, I also had an extremely difficult time working on this project. I will admit openly that I overthink everything, I'm always doubting and criticising myself and I have a lot of regrets about how I've acted and dealt with things in the past. It's no secret that a lot has happened in the past couple of years and with that in mind I've had to take a long, hard look at who I am and be brutally honest with myself, which is one of the hardest things anyone can do.
It's no exaggeration when I tell you that I put EVERYTHING into this project and working on it was my therapy. And now that it's completed, I hope that it'll be someone else's too.
This album is dedicated to everyone who has suffered as a result of COVID-19, mentally or otherwise. It's also dedicated to my family, my friends and my two biggest influences - my Mum and Dad.
Bon appétit!”

We are proud to introduce PanthaDogg to the Yellowbelly Records family by bringing his amazing debut album to CD for the first time! Here’s what Owen ‘PanthaDogg’ Jones has to say about the album:
“Well here it is, the wait is over. Let's inject some positivity into this rather negative world.
Years of hard work and plugging away have finally culminated with the release of my debut album. It took such a long time but it was well worth it and I couldn't be happier with the result.
I want to especially thank Martyn Bewick and the guys at HQ Recording Studio Leicester for their help in making this project possible. Thanks everyone for your continued love and support and I hope you enjoy.
It's my first album and I'm bloody proud of it!”
