Thank you for supporting our fundraiser for Moving Forward - Lincoln, and allowing us to share your music with new fans across the county and beyond as part of this mega compilation album.
Just a few rules and guidelines for contributions:
All material must be original, and if not owned by yourself, the rights-holder must consent to its publication.
While we greatly prefer a solid studio or mixed live recording, we know that’s not the most affordable or accessible option for everyone. We’re happy to work with you if you have a demo recording or ideas, though on this time-frame we may not be able to get very early iterations onto this release.
The Message box is for a brief description of your song and what message it is bringing to this release. We may use messages in promotional material for the album, so please only share what you would be comfortable with.
This will be a very difficult track list to curate, and if we have a lot of submissions, we may not be able to add them all to the track list. If you’re not selected, please don’t be disheartened! We’re already considering what we can do with a large submission pool, including a 2nd release, so we greatly apologise if you’re not on the track list, and thank you for your submission.
As we acknowledge the sensitive nature of this topic and the privacy implications, we are also allowing anonymous contributions on this occasion. Just pop Anonymous in the artist name field, no questions asked. Please note that we can only accept contributions owned/written by an anonymous artist, just to avoid any rights-holder problems later on. We do require an email address for the submission to come through, though this will not be shared anywhere.
In terms of your rights, we do not claim ownership of any of the songs submitted, that stays entirely with you.
